Change is constant and sometimes life throws us challenges and it is normal to feel overwhelmed. I believe that being in these situations provides us with opportunity for growth. Therapy is a safe place to begin your personal journey to learn to be present in your life and rediscover who you are. It is natural for us to utilize coping skills that we have previously learned, but it can also limit our ability to thrive. I empower my clients to use their strengths to build the skills needed to navigate life’s stressors. 

Therapy can provide a place and space for you to talk things out, develop emotionally, minimize self-criticism, and manage stress. Therapy can provide a safe, comfortable, confidential environment to keep you grounded while you make sense of the world, inside and outside of you.​

 I use techniques from a range of theories to help facilitate personal growth. I am experienced in helping individuals heal in the areas of trauma and abuse, relationships, stress management, self-esteem, cultural identity and life transitions.
