"You're imperfect,
and you're wired for struggle,
but you are worth of
love and belonging."
— Brene Brown
Change is a natural part of life, and sometimes it brings challenges that feel overwhelming. While these moments can be difficult, they also offer powerful opportunities for growth. Therapy can be a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, be present in your life, and rediscover your inner strength.
We often rely on coping strategies we’ve learned over time some helpful and some limiting. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their strengths and build new skills that support healing, resilience, and thriving.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and families, particularly those from marginalized communities. I bring a warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed lens to my work, integrating evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, parts work, and somatic techniques.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I use EMDR alongside talk therapy to help clients process painful or overwhelming experiences, reduce anxiety, and shift deeply rooted negative beliefs about themselves. My goal is to help clients feel less stuck, more grounded, and more connected to their sense of self. I specialize in working with trauma, abuse, cultural identity, and self-worth, and have advanced training in sexual assault and culturally responsive care.
You deserve a life that feels meaningful and balanced. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step and you don’t have to do it alone.
