"There is something you must always remember...

You are braver than you believe,

stronger than you seem,

and smarter than you think."

— Winnie the Pooh

Whether your child is struggling with behavioral challenges, social difficulties, or school-related stress, the support of a child therapist can make a meaningful difference.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and playful space where children feel safe to express themselves. My goal is to collaborate closely with you—the parent—and with other important people in your child’s life, such as teachers and helping professionals. You know your child best, and your insight is a vital part of the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll create a supportive and connected environment to help your child thrive.

Children often don't yet have the words to fully explain what they're feeling. I help them build emotional awareness by expanding their "feelings vocabulary" and teaching practical coping skills. Using creative, developmentally appropriate approaches, I support children in identifying emotions, managing behaviors, and working through big feelings in a way that feels safe and engaging.

My integrative approach combines expressive therapies—such as art, play, and mindfulness—with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). This allows me to tailor sessions to meet each child's unique needs and personality.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is hearing how children begin using the tools they’ve learned in therapy in their everyday lives. The trusting, therapeutic relationship we build becomes a foundation for healing, growth, and resilience. I’m here to support both you and your child—celebrating their strengths while gently working through the challenges, all in a fun, nurturing, and empowering way.
